Bath Time
Last night's bath time got a little carried away with bubbles:) But Bobby thought it was fun and hysterical that he was almost covered in bubbles!

Long time, No post!
Well, as is par for the course for the Longs this summer...we have been back and forth to Wilmington several times since my last post. The first trip was to spend the 4th of July with the Foys and then spend some time at the beach with my nephews and cousins. We had a great time but I unfortunately didn't take too many pics.
The second trip was to visit my parents while my sister and her family were in town. We spent a lot of time in the water and at the beach. Again, I didn't take too many pictures, but the few that I took captured the fun that was had:)

3 week vacation
I can not thank my parents enough for letting Bobby, Max and me move in with them for three weeks while we were waiting for our new house to be built. I wasn't feeling great, and it was wonderful to be there and accept all of the help that they offered. My mother in law Susan also came almost everyday to help out in the afternoons.
We spent some time in the water, on the boat, visiting family and in Bobby's pool out on the porch....mom did all the cooking and dad took most of the Bobby time. So I was able to relax and feel better.
So thank you again for everything...I don't know what I would do without the wonderful family that I have!

The New House!
Well, a lot has happened since my last post. We are officially moved into our new house! Of course there are still lots of boxes to be unpacked, but we are getting things done slowly but surely. I am so excited to have all of the room, I almost don't know what to do with myself:)
Bobby and Max have moved right in and adjusted remarkably well to the new house too. It was almost a none issue for them. And Bobby has just started sleeping in his big boy bed, in his new big boy room...no issues so far, fingers are crossed that it continues.
We have met a few of our new neighbors and I think that we are going to have a great cul de sac, once everyone has moved in. So here are some pictures of the new house and I'll post more as we get things unpacked and "decorated."
And now that we have more room...we're ready for visitors! Just call to make reservations.

and my very own laundry room!

Getting Close
Sorry that I haven't posted anything in so long, but we have been staying at my parents for the past two weeks. But we are finally getting close to moving into the new house. My dad and I went up for the walk thru yesterday and it all went well. There is a home inspection this morning and assuming that all goes well, we will close on Friday! It is still hard for me to believe that we have actually sold our house and are getting ready to move into a new one! It is almost a surreal feeling. But I will try to post new pictures of the house in the next day or two, and maybe the next post will be from our new home!

Play time
I have been doing so much packing that I have felt a little neglectful of Bobby's "fun" time. So yesterday we had the SuperDuper Playdate at my friend Sue's house...I think that there were 14 kids and babies present! I forgot my camera, but needless to say, Bobby had a wonderful time. Sue had all kinds of outdoor stuff for them to play with (bikes, bubbles, water table, etc). All the moms brought a contribution to lunch and fun was had by all. Thanks Sue for such a fun day! Bobby was so tired (and didn't get a nap due to the repairs being done on our house) that he slept almost 13 hours last night!!!!
So this morning I decided to continue his fun and let him do some painting. I found a canvas while going through stuff, so I thought that he would enjoy making another master piece. Well, what started as a regular painting session...ended with a human canvas. As he finished off his artwork, he then began to paint himself. I had taken his shirt off when we started and I should have known that when he asked to "take pant off"...something was running through his little mind. But he had a great time and we have another piece of art for our new house! Enjoy the pictures below.
