Apple Butter

A week or so ago, Bobby and I decided to make some apple butter out of all the apples that we had somehow accumulated in the house. So I got a recipe online and we began. It was a two day process, and Bobby really enjoyed helping me peel and cut up the apples (he was using a butter knife), and then of course his favorite part was tasting the end result. As he was eating it out of the crock pot, he kept telling me "this is delicious mommy!" Makes it so fun and worth the effort!
